Affiliate Policy:

At Rapidler, we believe in fostering a mutually beneficial relationship with our affiliate partners. To ensure transparent and fair practices, please read our Affiliate Policy in full:

1. Eligibility: Any person or entity can apply to become an affiliate partner of Rapidler. However, we reserve the right to reject applicants who do not meet our standards or present a conflict of interest. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid email address and payment method to receive commissions. We may require additional verification information at our discretion.
2. Commission: Commission rates are set at 20% per sale made through the affiliate’s unique referral link. Rapidler will facilitate and track all sales made through links assigned to affiliates. This recurring commission will be paid to the eligible affiliate partners as long as the end client maintains an active & paid subscription with Rapidler. Commission calculations are based on the net amount (excluding taxes and fees) paid by the referred customer.
3. Payouts: Commissions earned through your eligible referrals will be paid only after 30 days from the date the payment of the corresponding invoice by the client. Payouts are processed through Paypal on a monthly basis to our affiliate partners within the first week of each month. A minimum balance of USD 10 must be accrued before any payout is processed. If the balance is below USD 10, the amount will roll over to the next payment cycle until the minimum threshold is reached. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure their payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Referral Requirements: Affiliates must refer at least one new client every 90 days to remain qualified for the Rapidler Affiliate Program. If this requirement is not met, Rapidler reserves the right to suspend or terminate the affiliate relationship. We may send reminder notifications as the 90-day deadline approaches, but it remains the affiliate’s responsibility to maintain their active status through consistent referrals.
5. Promotion: Affiliates are encouraged to promote Rapidler’s services using honest and strictly ethical marketing practices. Any inappropriate or illegal promotion tactics will result in immediate termination from the program. This includes but is not limited to spam, misleading claims, unauthorized use of trademarks, or any form of deceptive advertising. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Rapidler in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to review and request changes to any promotional materials that reference our brand or services.
6. Link usage: Affiliates are responsible for using their unique referral links properly and exclusively in promoting Rapidler’s services. Any unauthorized use of links may result in termination from the program. Affiliates may not bid on Rapidler’s branded terms in search engines, use typosquatting domains, or engage in cookie stuffing or any other manipulative tracking practices. Each affiliate is provided with a unique tracking link that must be used for all promotional activities to ensure proper commission tracking.
7. Intellectual Property: Affiliates may use Rapidler’s logos, trademarks, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Rapidler’s services within the scope of the affiliate program. All intellectual property rights remain with Rapidler, and affiliates must cease using such materials upon termination of their participation in the program. Rapidler reserves the right to revoke permission to use any marketing materials at any time.
8. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any activities that could harm Rapidler’s reputation or brand. This includes promoting Rapidler on websites containing illegal content, hate speech, discrimination, adult content, violence, or any other content deemed inappropriate by Rapidler. Affiliates must not attempt to reverse engineer our tracking codes or interfere with the operation of our website or services.
9. Self-Referrals: Affiliates may not refer themselves, their immediate family members, or any businesses in which they have a direct interest. Commission will not be paid on self-referrals or referrals determined to be made primarily for the purpose of earning commission rather than genuine interest in our services.
10. Termination: Rapidler reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation for violation of our “Affiliate Policy” with immediate effect. Rapidler reserves the right to withhold payments if there is evidence of policy violations or fraudulent activity. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship with 30 days written notice.
11. Modifications: Rapidler reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or posted on our website. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Confidentiality: Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared by Rapidler, including but not limited to conversion rates, marketing strategies, and customer information. This obligation continues even after termination of the affiliate relationship.
13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the affiliate program will first be addressed through good faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved according to the laws of the jurisdiction where Rapidler is headquartered.
