Order Cancellation Rights

14-Day Cancellation Window

You have the right to cancel Your order or subscription within 14 days of the Service Activation Date without providing a reason.

Cancellation Deadline

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the Service Activation Date. This is the date on which:

  • You received delivery of the Service for the first time; OR
  • We began actively working on Your Shopify store optimization; OR
  • You gained access to any Service features or deliverables; OR
  • Your trial period commenced

Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the 14-day period expires to be eligible for any refunds
  • The 14-day period includes any trial duration offered with Your subscription
  • Subscriptions will continue until properly cancelled
  • You remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to cancellation

Refund Eligibility

Refund Window

Refunds are available only within 14 days of the Service Activation Date. The 14-day refund period includes any trial duration.

Important: No refunds will be provided after 14 days from the Service Activation Date, regardless of the circumstances or reason for cancellation.

Trial Periods and Refunds

  • If Your subscription includes a trial period, the 14-day refund window begins on the first day of the trial
  • The trial duration counts toward the total 14-day refund period
  • You must request a refund within 14 days of starting Your trial, not 14 days after the trial ends

Example: If You start a 7-day trial on January 1st, You have until January 14th to request a refund, not until January 21st.

Refund Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the Service Activation Date (including trial period)
  2. The Service must be cancelled before a refund can be processed
  3. You must provide a clear statement of Your decision to cancel and request a refund
  4. The Service must not have been suspended or terminated for cause (such as violation of Terms of Service)

Service Usage and Refunds

  • Refunds may be issued regardless of whether You have used the Service during the 14-day period
  • However, no refund will be granted if Your Service was suspended or terminated due to policy violations, abuse, or breach of our Terms of Service

Refund Processing

Payment Processing Fees

Please be aware that a payment processing fee of up to 10% may be deducted from Your refund amount. This fee is charged by our third-party payment processing partners and is beyond our control.

Example: If Your original purchase was $100, You may receive a refund of approximately $90 after the processing fee is deducted.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed according to Your original payment method:

Credit Card or Debit Card Payments

  • Refunded directly to the original card used for purchase
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days (may vary by card issuer)
  • You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by Your card issuer

PayPal Payments

  • Refunded to Your original PayPal account
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days

Rapidler Account Credit

  • Purchases made using account funds will be refunded as account credit only
  • Credit will be applied to Your account within 2 business days
  • Account credit can be used for future Rapidler services

Currency and Exchange Rates

  • All refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD)
  • You bear sole responsibility for any fluctuations in exchange rates between the time of payment and the time of refund
  • Currency conversion fees charged by Your financial institution are Your responsibility

Third-Party Fees

Rapidler is not responsible for any additional fees, charges, or transaction costs imposed by:

  • Your credit card company or bank
  • PayPal or other payment processors
  • Currency conversion services

These fees are not refundable and will not be reimbursed by Rapidler.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

Excluded Services

  • Services purchased at a discount – Any services acquired during promotional periods, with coupon codes, or at reduced pricing
  • Add-on services – Additional features, one-time optimization tasks, or supplementary services beyond the core subscription
  • Recovery or reactivation fees – Charges for restoring suspended or terminated services
  • Support services – Fees for premium support, expedited service, or custom consultation outside of standard service delivery
  • Third-party integrations or tools – Any costs associated with third-party services, apps, or tools used in conjunction with Rapidler services
  • Custom development work – Bespoke coding, theme modifications, or custom feature development
  • Late fees or penalty charges – Any fees incurred due to late payments or policy violations

Services After 14 Days

Any service beyond the 14-day refund period – No exceptions will be made regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Technical issues or dissatisfaction discovered after 14 days
  • Changes in business needs or strategy
  • Financial hardship
  • Store closure or business termination
  • Completion of trial period without timely cancellation

Multiple Refund Requests

Duplicate refunds – No Service is eligible for more than one refund. If You have previously received a refund for a particular Service, You cannot request an additional refund for the same Service.

General Terms and Conditions

Service Suspension or Termination for Cause

No refund will be issued if Your Service(s) are suspended or terminated for cause, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
  • Abusive behavior toward our team members
  • Misuse of our services or resources
  • Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by You

Subscription Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew according to Your chosen billing cycle
  • You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date to avoid charges
  • Charges for renewed subscription periods are not eligible for refunds

Partial Month Refunds

  • For subscription services, refunds are calculated from the Service Activation Date
  • No partial month credits or pro-rated refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle beyond the 14-day refund period

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our Website. Your continued use of our Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

Governing Law

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the place where Rapidler is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
